Bam Bam Auto Parts was established to provide the highest quality used, reconditioned, and OE surplus headlights (and other parts) to companies doing auto collision repair. All of their employees have years of experience in the auto recycling industry. Everyone is highly trained and skilled at their jobs, and are focused on parts quality, customer service, and competitive pricing. The owners are on the management team (no outside investors) and have decades of industry experience; The Willen Brothers owned Triplett Auto Recyclers in Akron, OH, sold it to LKQ in 1998, and worked at LKQ for 20 years. After a two-year retirement, they founded Bam Bam Auto Parts in December of 2022.
Quality is the hallmark of Bam Bam Auto Parts. All of their parts go through a thorough analysis and inspection process before they are photographed and placed into the available inventory. All lights are put through an 8-step process that has led to our their return rate being 75% lower than industry standards.
A high percentage of the inventory is excess original OEM products and have never been on the road. Again, allowing Bam Bam to supply a brand-new product to the market at a significant cost savings to their customers.
All products are photographed. The photos are then made available to the buyer. This process allows them to reduce returns and get the right product in their customers hands the first time. Most vehicles have many different lighting options, so it is important to verify that the light being sold is correct.
Packaging is the last step in delivering a high-quality product to end users. Bam Bam has invested in customized boxes that fit the different shapes and sizes of headlights and taillights. Once boxed, the lights are then surrounded with customized foam that contours to the lights in the box. This reduces any damage that could occur in shipping.
Delivery in NE Ohio is often done by one of their employee drivers. For customers outside of NE Ohio they use delivery partner FedEx. Delivery, In most of the areas, is next day as long as they receive the order before 3:00 p.m. eastern.
